Wise Reminder for Today
I Am the God that I Am
The Invitation
It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for
And if you dare dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love
For your dream, for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon . . .
I want to know if you’ve touched the center of your own sorrow.
If you have been opened by life’s betrayals
Or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own
Without moving to hide it, or fade it or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy,
Mine or your own.
If you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy
Fill the tips of your fingers and toes
Without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic,
To remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true.

Owning Our Divinity
We’re slowly undergoing an evolutionary shifts from our 3D attachment to sensation and the worldly events and drama, to a call to Go Within, to connect with our own Inner Wisdom, to God in our Heart. It’s much different than the old way of being a hermit in a cave, much trickier in that we are asked to do this while still engage in 3D reality. Seeing everything from a fresh perspective, though a whole different lense. This is what I wrote this morning on this subject. God bless you.
Journeying deep within your Heart you can now access your Divinity. You had questioned if it was possible. You had searched to be taught by others.
Only to finally ask, who is my teacher? And the still small voice inside of you answers:
Divinity is within you. YOU are the Master Teacher. Divinity is found in your silence. Be silent. Divinity has no effort. Do not seek or strive. Divinity is not a journey.
You are already there.
Divinity is the antidote to belief. The insistence that You are the I Am That I Am. Divinity is simply you being the Divine I Am.
Divinity is only found in your heart. It requires the surrender of your mind. Only by going from your mind to your heart will you finally become The Divine I Am.
To experience your daily Divinity, you must relax into your God Within. This means to simply allow your Heart to guide you with Compassion & Grace.
Divinity allows God in your Heart to discard whatever causes your pain and suffering. The Divine I Am is your God Within Blessing.
The remembrance of your Divinity leads to the death of your beliefs. You must throw away your collection of dead thoughts piled high on your funeral train heading nowhere. You must discard your mind’s insane insistence in order to hear your Heart thoughts calling you home to freedom; In the direction of your Heart’s desire.
In order to live a life of Divine Love, You are being asked to let go of this, to let go of that, to be with what is now.
Divinity has no past. Divinity has no future. Divinity is found in your persistent presence. In your simple relaxing into the here now.
Your heart does not wish to believe in anything. Your heart simply wishes to know God; to be God. To be Divine. You can come alive in your Divinity today.
Repeat often:
I am the God that I Am having a Divine Life.

I AM One with All that Is

Expanding
I was just outside and of my 440 potted cactus in my slate/cement and rock containers, I was drawn to one who told me it needed more space to grow.
After a year in that pot, it was so hard to get it out. Totally stuck.
But once I got it out and put it in a much larger pot with fresh soil, I could feel its relief.
And that’s how it is with me/us.
We don’t need to continue to be contained in small containers. We need to find new ground where your roots are free to spread.
It’s always a relief to get unstuck; to be freed up for the next round of growth lessons, but maybe with a little more foot room to move around. An opportunity to dance freely.
I remember after I broke my arm 5 years ago. While wearing a cast and then after, I slowed way down; now paying more attention to all my actions.
Same when I had a brain injury in 2019. Before and during the year long healing process, I would forget and misplace things. My glasses and keys and even if I had eaten. Now I never forget or misplace or lose anything. The “accident” freed my brain to a higher level of paying more attention.
With all the humanity life lessons in the past three years, I’m hoping people in 2023 will be able to pay more attention; be more aware of how their life has been impacted. Maybe they will be able to realize that God’s love protects them.
As a Light Worker forever attempting to align with Universal Consciousness, I’ve been an alone plant in a single pot. I keep re-potting myself. With all my inner work and changes, it’s been difficult for me to focus on another person, like a wife, in this life,
I say that my Aquarian Universal Love for All can’t be contained in a little pot; that my roots need to spread far and wide, to be grounded.
And still, I miss having someone to dance with.
This is a stone carving I did. Seeking the unknown. Below is one of my painting – me wanting to be free to dance.

Every day at around 8 am, I begin my morning Zen routine. But I need to go back . . . before I could even have this routine, I had to have manifested the correct environment, which I consciously chose; have chosen since I moved to Mexico three years ago. I live in a gated community. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. No traffic. No barking dogs or other invasive noises. It’s sunny almost every day with the perfect temperature. I have a downstairs backyard and front yard gardens, as well as a 20 potted plants flat rooftop garden.
I make a cup of coffee and head up to the roof, where I’ll sit in meditation and contemplation for the next half hour. Here’s the view. I then go down and, almost every day, water by hand my 440 potted plants. And then I’ll make breakfast.
I have written a book about Zen and I’ve suggested to my Golden Age United team turning my other book of 365 original Zen saying into an app. Here is an example:
Below is my backyard patio, a green grass yard and a community swimming pool. In the distance is the Cabo San Lucas harbor area.
Also part of my Zen life is making these stone planters. I have around 100 of them here.

I participated in all creation. Sparked by the One and many gods. I co-created myself. I co-created All That Is.
Living in purity and perfection within the laws of nature and creation I express totally and completely as the God That I Am.
I am a uniquely beautiful manifestation of God in expression. What went wrong?
Doubt posed the question. A question seeks an answer; often questionable answers, doubtful answers. Answers encapsulated in an egos version of truth.
Doubt dilutes the existential truth: God is therefore I Am, without doubt.
How dare I doubt the truth of my Perfection? I am an amazing work of art. A billion movements occur in perfect harmony, dancing within the Universe of My Creation.
Why do I forget I Am God? Don’t I realize that as God I can be the man I choose to be? As a man I can choose to be the Expression of Love.
Love is the key to all manifestation, for everyone.
As God/man, a good man, I can manifest abundance; I can achieve Self-Realization and actualize the Truth of Truths. I can effortlessly use my Creative Energy to express my Soul Purpose; I can live my life in Harmony and Balance, in Vibrant Health; I can live an Illuminated life of purity and simplicity; A life with no limits, the life of a God embodied; as I am meant to be.
I am God. I am Love. I am You. You are God and We Are One. I am deathless, ageless and eternal. There is not a thing in life and light that I am not. And so it is with you.
I began writing blogs – I called them “Ä Day in my Life,” as soon as email arrived in the early 90’s. I wrote hundreds of short stories and poems before I became a novelist in 2002. Since then I’ve written 14 books, all here in my computer. I began my career as a ceramic artist with my first craft fair sales in 1973, and have created and sold over 10,000 pieces of original art since. This mask is on the wall here in my home in Cabo San Lucas. Proving ownership of the written word is more difficult. I’m not sure when I wrote what I posted here today, only that I took it from the archives of my writings. It’s something I would have written when accessing my Higher Consciousness. It’s flowing wisdom that all of us, as creator Gods and Goddesses, have the ability to write and share. I encourage to you start writing your thoughts down, and one day in your files you may discover a gem like this.

My God Within Commands
A few years ago I wrote a book called “365 Days of Positive Affirmations.” In 2022 we were taught about the power of stating “Commands.” So I launched into upgrading the 365 Affirmations into 365 Commands. Here is the beginning of this new book.
- I command my God Within to honor my achievements as a Consciously Aware person.
- I command my God Within to help me see myself as a Creator God.
- I command my God Within to overcome my confusion of 3D distractions.
- I command my God Within to help me to remember how precious my life is.
- I command my God Within to reward me for my spiritual wisdom.
- I command my God Within to stop doubting how important I am.
- I command my God Within to acknowledge my Divinity.
- I command my God Within to show me the rewards of my personal genius.
- I command my God Within to remember to smile and laugh.
- I command my God Within to take responsibility for all my life experiences.
- I command my God Within to relax into accepting my unique diversity.
- I command my God Within to give up fighting and the need to be right.
- I command my God Within to help me to remember that only THIS moment is real.
- I command my God Within to remind me to be aware that I’m never upset for the reason I think.

Healing Cancer
Back in 2005 when my 84 year old 95 pound mother Clara was diagnosed with cancer, the doctors told her to start chemotherapy immediately. I argued with my family that at her age and weight, chemo would only quickly kill her. I proposed a way to heal her cancer without chemo. They mocked me, wanting to see my medical degree, and then told me to shut up and go away. The chemo quickly killed her. In the end, to these smart rich guys, her death came from old age.
Since then many people I knew have died from cancer, and none of them would listen to me. Even today I get calls from people with cancer asking for a different sort of pill – the MedBed. After I tell them there is no MedBe available today, I tell them that to heal their cancer they must begin a new lifestyle campaign, with clear focus and intention, doing most or all of the following: #1. Clean up your diet. Eliminate all sugar and processed foods. Stop putting toxic waste in your body. #2. Drink a lot of pure filtered alkaline water. #3. Oxygenate your cells. #4. Exercise, swim and get plenty of sunlight. #5. Find a Core Issue trauma therapist and find the root cause of why you want to kill yourself with cancer. #6. Start Sound therapy using 432hz or more.
And #7 – I think most important – Raise the resonating frequency going to your cells, to one where only the good healthy cells can survive. This can be done with at least a month of daily treatments with frequency raising tools like the Rife Machine.
Fighting cancer can feel like a never-ending battle. Last year, there were an estimated 1.8 million new cancer diagnoses in the U.S. alone—a painful speck on the global stage of 19.3 million. Unfortunately, as difficult as the fight can be, traditional treatment options aren’t curative enough.
Endless doctor’s appointments, chemotherapy sessions, surgery, and more can be just as taxing on the body as the disease—not to mention all the side-effects that come with those treatments.
However, traditional treatments aren’t the only solution. Alternative therapies embody a holistic approach, focusing on ways to enhance the body’s natural defenses using minimally-invasive methods.
The rife machine falls under this category, and it’s been used for nearly a century to eliminate cancer cells and shrink tumor sizes.
In the 1920s and ‘30s, Dr. Royal Raymond Rife—a bacteriologist studying at John Hopkins University—observed that viruses, bacteria, and cancer cells had their own resonance frequencies.
Dr. Rife theorized that cancer cells could be targeted by outside electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). Then, the cells would undergo apoptosis (cell death, where it will either implode or explode). This was the genesis of the rife machine, a tool that matches the specific frequency of different cancer cells and delivers low-energy electromagnetic waves to the body.
In 1934, Dr. Rife conducted experiments on 16 terminal cancer patients. According to some claims, his rife machine for cancer cured 14 of the patients, and the other two stayed for more intensive treatments. Four weeks later, the other two were reported to be cured.

Revisiting the 3rd Dimension
I’m always contemplating my place in the Matrix 3D vibrational frequency. It’s normal for all of us to get sucked into the compelling importance of life around us, as if everything we see, touch, hear, smell and taste, the five senses third dimensional stuff, is all there is. What about the 6th and beyond?
We are indeed in a 3D body living in what appears to be a 3D world, but there’s more. Once we realized the physics of frequency, it becomes obvious that the third dimension vibrates at a relatively low frequency. We then become aware that we are actually a Spiritual Being housed in a human body, which consists of energy quite capable of vibrating at a much higher frequency than the third. Each and every one of us is indeed a Multidimensional Being.
This photo I took in a museum in Thailand is of my Spirit Guide Wisdom Oracle card for the “3rd Dimension.” I used this photo because in every way he appears to be real. At first glance we would say he’s an alive human, when in fact he’s plastic. It’s an illusion, as is most of our 3D reality. Our very existence is not what we think it is.
The 3rd dimension represents our lower vibrational frequency, which is more attached to the illusions of struggle and survival, then to our true human design, which is a much higher vibrational frequency aligned with the Love of God within us.
We do have the choice to divert our everyday attention from our blatant or subtle struggle to survive, a false narrative, instilled within efforts needed to make more money, to be loved and needed . . . to accept a higher choice. We are free to realize our true nature; that we are indeed a Higher Dimensional being, a Holy Self filled with the Divine Essence of God. That the most important thing for us to do while dwelling in our 3D body, is to be that Divine Essence of Godly Love and share it with everyone, as unconditionally as possible. So be it.
3RD DIMENSION
The Matrix
You either take the red pill and know what’s going on, or the blue pill and stay lost in a contrived controlled reality. If you’re still fearful and blaming, believing in what the brainwashing news tells you, you’re lost in the Matrix. You drew this card because your mind may still be engaged in programmed delusion. Are you seeking comprehensive awareness of the current spiritual evolution, the dimensions beyond the 3rd? Fortunately you’ll wake up to higher dimensions sooner or later. Why not now?

Going Within
I’m a Humanitarian associated with a 23,000 member organization. I won’t name it as it is now functioning under the radar. The forces of Evil certainly don’t appreciate the workings of the forces of Love and will try to find ways to destroy the Light of God. They can’t possibly win.
This brings up a truth I learned long ago – “Love brings up everything unlike itself.” Throughout my life, my offerings of love and truth have always been challenged, not only by women, but also by my family and friends. Their opposition was never intended to be evil, as is the attack on my organization. It’s was always simply a miss-direction created by that same dark force, installing in people an inability to evaluate Genuine Love. Always, my love has been a pure and innocent expression of the Truth of my God Within. Regardless, through the course of my life, most people in my life have downgraded my intentions, choosing to discard my love. I could say that most likely it’s a projection of their lack of Self-Love, but in reality it’s the result of our collective consciousness programmed against accepting the expression of God’s pure love.
Yesterday Ron, the Director of the organization I won’t name, sent out a long email, in which he emphasized the words: GO WITHIN. That is, since in reality you are the expression of God’s pure love, don’t seek personal validation from an outside source – preachers, seminar leaders, priests, gurus or even Truthers. Don’t engage in an official negative or upsetting narrative – Be the God or Goddess you are Right Now. Directly access the God within your heart, and there you will find the only truth which matters to you.
In order to do this, bypassing all that outside interference, it’s so important to reconstruct yourself, to make your body, mind and environment God’s Temple of Love. Observe yourself. Are you healthy? If not, clean your Body Temple. Are you anxious, confused, and stressed out? if so, clean your Mind Temple. Meditate and think loving thoughts, send healing energy out to the world. What about your Living Temple? Look around your home. Is it clean and organized? Have you created a Sacred Space to live in? Consider that if you are living in a cluttered or unharmonized space, it directly reflects the clutter in your mind and body. Make all three the Temples of Your Divinity.
I have, you have, the power to create our Temples of Divinity, within you and outside you. Today!
I had created a very lovely plant and flower garden on my back patio. To me it’s a Sacred Space, and yet something was missing; a statement to emphasize its Divinity. I am not a Buddhist, and yet when I saw this 4 foot Buddha at a store, it spoke to me. The two palm facing hands said, “Relax. Don’t worry. Everything is All Right; Goodly, Godly and Holy.” It said to me, “Ï am the reminder of Sacred Divinity, which is missing from your garden.” I agreed and my heart immediately decided to buy it. And then I looked at the price and my mind said, “$200 – no way.” I agreed with the enemy, my mind, and went home. Once there, I looked at my garden. That missing space cried out to me, “This is where I belong!” I returned to the store and brought it home.
We are being called to not listen to the doubting enslaved in poverty consciousness mind; to from now on only listen to our heart. We don’t need to be directed by a mind filled with “Ï can’t . . .” It’s about time to make your body, mind and living space Sacred. You can do it! Accept the reality of “Ï deserve and I can afford the price to live in the Temple of my Divinity.” So be it.

The only True Reality
Today would have been my mother’s 102nd birthday. And here I am, still alive.
Every morning around 8am, I go up to my flat roof to start the day with a peaceful mediation. This is my view. And the truth is – do I actually peacefully meditate, or is my mind filled with thoughts of the pasts and dreams of the future? Past stories and future dreams are in fact what usually fills my mind.
This morning I realized how very blessed I am having created this reality before me. This lovely house in Cabo, situated in a very peaceful environment, a gated community with very little noise and a full house sized roof-top patio, to start the mornings on. That’s what I have done, what we all do – I have/we have created the reality before us.
Nobody else is responsible for what’s before us – we are the creator God or Goddess of this reality. Nobody r4ally wants to hear our excuses about how we got to this reality before. The reality of our reality is for us to enjoy, or not. We must acknowledge that there is only one True Reality, and you’re looking at it. It’s right in your face this very moment.
This photo is my reality. Should anything else be more important than my spectacular creation?
And the next moment, I’m thinking about all the tasks I need to do once I leave the roof. I need to write a blog about this. I need to edit my 78 Oracle cards – a huge task I’ve been avoiding. I need to figure out how to operate my Sony X3000 camera in order to shoot videos for our YouTube channel. I need to figure out how to post blogs on this website. I need to figure out what to eat for breakfast, and figure out, figure out, figure out. All mind, not heart.
And then, the very best truth of the creation of our reality is what we do next. Is it a mind thing or a heart thing? Well, the next thing ì did wasn’t planned. I left the roof and instead of doing all those planned out chores, I ended up in my garden watering the plants, moving some plants to different pots, taking photos of my planters. Lost for the next hour being a Zen Gardner.
I moved my heart from the beautiful view on my roof, to the beautiful view in my garden. Doing not doing. Being.
And yet so we do do things. I finished gardening to write this blog. I’m now watching a bird fly around in my kitchen, which I’ve allowed them the freedom to do. I’m noticing how peaceful it is here – how peaceful I am this very moment, writing about being peacefully Zen in the Here and Now.

MedBeds
On my website – www.cabohealingcenter.com I write about the MedBeds. This prompted quite a few people calling me, asking where they can be treated. I tell them that the technology has been around – as described in this video – for many years. The Military Alliance has them stored until the time is right; when the out of control corrupt medical establishment is no longer in charge of peoples’ lives and fortunes. They would charge astronomical prices for treatments, whereas once released to the pubic, treatments will be free. Also the doctors, nurses and technicians who operate the MedBeds must be highly trained, and that also takes time.
On our Projects page, one project near and dear to my heart is to open a world class Holistic Healing Center here in Cabo San Lucas, with a medBed wing. I envision it being a reality one day.
I particularly liked the 3rd bed, which will hear the deafness and tinnitus in my right ear, get rid of my cataracts and give me perfect vision, and quite possible make me appear 30 years younger.

In watching this video with the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, I’m now realizing how advanced we have become. Even the greatest spiritual teachers separated God from man, labeling God a “He,” a “superior being,” to be worshipped and adored.
As we move into the Golden Age – uniting as One Heart, not just me, now millions of people are finally realizing the end of this separation mentality – that God is not separate from man – that God is uniquely inside of each and every one of us. “I AM THE GOD THAT I AM” is the plain and simple truth for every human with a soul on earth.
Love your Self – for you are God incarnate.
And in videos like this please replace “He” with “Me.” The talk about God Within not God out there.
“You must not let your life run in the ordinary way; do something that nobody else has done, something that will dazzle the world. Show that God’s creative principle works in you.”

I held back on commenting on yesterday’s blog post, where she stated that 70% of humanity would rather remain in their comfort zone. In Human Design the 70% are the Generators, the worker bees so to speak, who defer trust to the other 30% for their survival. Today that trust is coming into question. Regardless, all of us are now being asked to take responsibility. One of my teachers always said, “Let them figure it out – my holiness blesses them. I need to heal myself first.”
With my www.cabohealingcenter.com website, people will call me, asking for help to heal their pain and ailment. I think of my own physical ailments, yes minor in comparison, and yet there. One ear doesn’t hear, always reminding of how very grateful I am for the one that does. I’m so very blessed with every part of my body that functions properly.
I continually remind myself and others, “Ÿou are the Master and Divine Creator of your Reality.” Healing our human body has everything to do with harmonizing the vibrational frequency of our cells, each and every one of trillions. The cell’s mitochondria is its Energizer Bunny, a fully charged battery or in need of charging. If it’s not charged properly, if our Source of Power isn’t fed and maintained, fully charge with proper vibrational energy, the cells can rebel and divide and get out of control, causing diseases like cancer.

How do we recharge our battery?
I recommend a new diet of Whole Body Frequency Healing. There are vibrational frequency enhancing tools like the Rife Machine and the EES (Energy Enhancing System) for sessions, or to buy and use daily. And besides our own affirmations and visualizing our body and every cell being whole and complete, there is Sound Therapy.
We can close our eyes and listen to the angelic voice of Mei-lan in this video, visualizing each and every cell in our body rising to a higher revitalizing vibrational frequency, giving us the perfect health we so rightly deserve as Divine Light Workers. So be it.

She gives a very compelling reason why most people refuse to wake up out of their comfort zone. The newest oldest teaching is for us, as a sovereign individual, to go within; to save or heal ourSelf, before projecting out that the other (ignorant asleep) person needs to be rescued or saved.
I command my I AM Presence to be a beacon of Love Light and Awakened Inspiration to ALL.
